As soon as I saw “ Yoga classes coming soon “ to Eatons Hill, I was hooked!! The Hot Tribe family is so welcoming and supportive. Each class is unique and sweating has never been so much fun! Sometimes hard but always worth it! Pilates, Fusion, Yin and Hot Yoga are awesome. Kaz, Wayne, Jacinta and all the lovely instructors are incredible, taking time to assist with correct posture and keeping an eye on everyone, making sure we are all ok. The atmosphere is always warm, friendly and welcoming. After a few recent personal issues where I have had to take some time out… I can’t wait to get back to my classes. I have never felt fitter, stronger, more focused and grounded and most importantly flexible than when I go to my classes. On the mat in the studio is one of my favourite happy places. Thanks team.

I have been practising Original Hot Yoga for many years now as I love the benefits of being in the hot room and working on my strength and flexibility. You don’t have to be fit or flexible, you just have to come along and try the different classes on offer. Kaz has created such a warm and welcoming studio and I really enjoy bringing my family along to the different classes at Hot Tribe. I have been a member of Hot Tribe for approximately 6 months, and I love it!! Hot Tribe is a beautiful studio with a welcoming, friendly ambience. Kaz is very caring person who brings many years of experience as a practitioner and teacher. I found her and her teaching team to be incredibly supportive and encouraging of everyone who attends, no matter their experience and level. I can feel the health benefits of having a regular yoga and Pilates practice, it is a wonderful way to rejuvenate mentally, physically and emotionally. I feel uplifted and relaxed when I leave the studio and look forward to many next class!!

I have been curious about trying Hot Yoga for some time, so when I saw the 6 week challenge at Hot Tribe, it was the invitation I needed to jump in! And it turns out I loved it and have since become a member. I love the variety of classes, the small community and the instructors who are all different in their delivery and personality, yet all care about the client experience, which is really important to me. There are people of all age, shapes, sizes and fitness level. You don’t need to be a “Yogi” or do crazy poses to fit in! Just do your best and your best is always good enough. I’d highly recommend you come and try Hot Tribe for yourself!

I found Hot Tribe 7 months ago and it has become an awesome part of my life. I value good health and fitness and have always exercised (many hours in the gym & CrossFit in my younger days). Now I find yoga and Pilates perfect for me. Hot Tribe is always a fun, energetic and supportive environment and I appreciate the time that the fantastic instructors take to make everyone feel welcome and motivated to do their best. Keeping the body and mind healthy is so important and while I’ve exercised all my life I find the mix of Original Hot Yoga, HIIT Pilates and Fusion Yoga are perfect for me and really help me as my work is physically demanding with a lot of repetitive movement. Kaz, you should be proud of what a wonderful community you have created, and I thank you for welcoming me into the Tribe.

My daughter introduced me to Hot Tribe 7 months ago and I’ve loved it. The combination of the low impact yoga and Pilates and the hot room is perfect for my achy joints as I always feel better after class. While it gets sweaty, the classes are super fun and the people are friendly and I am so glad to be part of the Hot Tribe community.
